OS1 – Singlemode Un-armored/Duct Fiber Optic Cable Multitube Design
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Avalon loose tube unarmored optical fiber cable (Multitube) 24F, 48F and 96 Core singlemode is recommended for duct installation. All four tubes are constructed of PBPT material with six color coded OS1 optical fibers located in each tube. LSZH sheath allows indoor installation. The cable is protected against rodent but is not recommended for direct burial application. The Tube encloses multiple coated fibers that are surrounded by Thixotropic gel compound that protects the cable from moisture in outside environments. Its water blocking material is made up of water swellable yarns Easy and quick installation is attributed by its compact, lightweight and extremely rugged construction.
